Job Responsibilities

• Managing pre-application recruitment processes from job posting, advertisement, and other activities.
• Ensures that support and core hiring goals are being posted.
• Responsible for establishing active and passive pool of candidates.
• Acts as an employer’s ambassador for enriching applicant experience.
• Ensures the headcount Reports are proactively maintained.
• Assists in all recruitment related activities internally and externally.
• Helps in all company hiring and marketing initiatives.
• Performs all other tasks assigned by the Manager.
• Take creative initiatives for the Employer branding.


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to react in a fast-paced environment.
• Possess strong negotiation skills and telephone sales skills.
• Ability to develop strong interpersonal relationships with all levels of professionals.
• Staffing industry experience.
• Able to organize and prioritize your goals on a daily basis.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business with majors in Human Resources or a degree in social sciences.
• Professionals with 1-2 years of proven placement record.
